My Little Sprouts – Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at support@mylittlesprouts.com.au We’ll provide the return address and instructions. Please note: buyers are responsible for return shipping. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (beauty items)

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
Return the original item (buyer covers shipping) and make a separate purchase for the new item once exchange has been approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
